Your Guide to Additional Communication OSCE Sessions
This article provides guidance on how additional sessions can be booked, rescheduled, or managed within our training programs.
Additional sessions are supplementary classes or assessments students may need beyond their regular course schedule. These sessions are designed to offer more personalised support or provide further practice. This article outlines the processes for booking, managing, and rescheduling additional sessions.
Booking Additional Sessions:

Additional sessions are available to students who require extra practice or assessments or have missed their scheduled classes. Approval for these sessions may depend on the mentor's availability and the student’s progress in the program. - How to Book:
To book an additional session, students should contact the admin team via email or our official communication channels. The request should include:

- Student name
- Course details
- Preferred date and time
Once the request is received, the admin team will check the mentors' availability. Once payment has been received, the student will receive a confirmation email with the session details, including the time, date, and mentor assigned.
Rescheduling Additional Sessions:

Requesting a Reschedule:
If students need to reschedule an additional session, they should notify the admin team at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will not be accommodated without a medical certificate. -
Rescheduling Process:
- Please contact the admin team with your rescheduling request, including the new date and time.
- The admin team will reach out to the mentor to confirm availability.
- Confirmation or alternative options will be communicated back to the student.

Important Note:
Mentors are instructed not to promise to reschedule directly for students. All requests must go through the admin team to ensure availability and proper scheduling.
Cancellation Policy for Additional Sessions

Cancellation Deadline:
To avoid penalties, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session. Sessions cancelled within this time frame will not be refunded or rescheduled.
